Hi Marta! Sicily is so close to my heart ❤️. There are so many great Sicilian olive oils to try beyond Partanna (I was looking for something available close to home). Some signs that the oil is genuinely Italian and of high quality, look for certifications like DOP or IGP, a harvest date, and the producer’s full address and location on the label. High-quality oils are often packaged in dark bottles too. Let me know what you think of the recipes I post!
